MyEdenred account and data deletion
On the MyEdenred app, you’ll find all the services related to your Edenred cards. Below are links for user to request the account and data deletion for users in Austria, Bulgaria, Colombia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Japan, Luxembourg, Peru, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and the UK.
Note: when a user requests an account deletion, deletion of data will be processed automatically as per the business unit's local privacy policy.
Austria
- From the application: go to Account menu, then to the Profile section and click on the Button "Delete account".
- From the website: use the GDPR rights exercise form which you can find by clicking on the Link "Data Protection" under section "Rights of data subjects".
Bulgaria
- From the application: go to the Account menu, then to the Profile section and click on the last row red button "Delete account".
- From the website: login, go to the Account menu, then at the left under the profile data, click the "Delete my account" button.
Colombia
- From the application: go to Account menu, then to the Profile section and click on "Delete account" button at the bottom of the page.
- From the website: use this link to fill in the form while requesting to delete account/data.
Czech Republic
- From the application: go to Account menu, then to the Profile section and click on the Button "Delete Account".
- From the website: fill in the form to "Delete data"/"Delete account" from this page.
Germany
- From the application: go to Account menu, then to the Profile section and click on the bottom of the page the "Delete account" option.
- From the website: go to account deletion after login and request for account/data deletion while selecting the reason of deletion.
Greece
- From the application: after logging into the app go to the Account tab, go to "Profile" page, the at the bottom of the screen, click the "Delete account" button and follow the instructions.
- From the website:
- Log in with your MyEdenred credentials,
- Then access your personal details by clicking the human icon on top right of the screen,
- Click the button "Delete account",
- Put the account's password as a confirmation and press the "Delete account" button.
Japan
- From the application: go to Account menu, then to the Profile section and click on the bottom of the page the "Delete account" option. In the Japanese version of the application, アカウント / アカウント情報 / アカウント削除
- From the website: go to account deletion (アカウント削除) after login at the right side of the page.
Luxembourg
- From the application: go to Account menu, then to the Profile section and click "Delete account" button

Peru
- From the application: go to Account menu, then to the Profile section and click on "Delete account" button at the bottom of the page.
- From the website: Please use this link : Enviar un ticket : Registro de Incidencias Tarjetahabiente (freshdesk.com) to fill in the form, requesting to delete account /data.
Poland
- From the application: go to Account menu, then to the Profile section and click the "Delete account" button.
- From the website: login, then go to Profile (top right corner) than click "Delete account" on the ribbon on the left.
Romania
- From the application: go to Account menu to the Legal/Privacy Policy section and click on the link to the GDPR rights exercise form, then select in this form the "Delete data"/"Delete account" option.
- From the website: use GDPR rights exercise form, by selecting the "Delete data"/"Delete account" option.
Slovakia
- From the application: go to Account menu, then to the Profile section and click on "Delete account" button at the bottom of the page.
- From the website: please send an Account / Data deletion request to our support team by mail at informacie-sk@edenred.com, or by phone at 0800 007 007.
United Kingdom
- From the application: go to Account menu, then to the Profile section and click "Delete account" button.
- From the website: login, go to Profile (top right corner) then click "Delete account" on the ribbon on the left.
